Crissy's Roommate ran every weekday in the
Daily Beacon
, the student run newspaper at the
University of Tennessee
. The strip ran for two years from the fall of 2000 to the spring of 2002. The strips on this site cover the second year.
Crissy is an intelligent, no nonsense girl who constantly has to put up with her roommate's conniving pranks and crude comments.
Crissy's roommate (who still remains nameless) is a happy-go-lucky, always looking for a fun time, type of guy. While his behavior would seem odd to most, especially Crissy, in his mind it all makes perfect sense.
